- We
will not release personally identifiable information about you
without your permission (except as needed to provide to you the
products or services you have expressly requested).
- Your
order information is sent to us through a "secure session" established
with Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This technology encrypts, or scrambles,
your account information before it is sent to us, protecting
all customer data against unauthorized access.
- All
order information you provide (such as name, address, phone, e-mail
and credit card number) is never released to any third party.
- Orders placed
online may be processed and billed by an authorized SilkyTone dealer. A completed invoice
from the dealer/retailer will accompany your shipment.
- Orders shipped to a U.S. address are sent via United Parcel Service (UPS)
and you may choose Ground, 2-Day, or Next Day Air service when ordering.
- Actual total shipping charges are indicated on the order form, but additional charges may be
incurred if the shipping weight exceeds 5 pounds (for orders of more than 3 units), or on orders shipped outside of the Continental U.S. We will notify you by e-mail of
any additional shipping charges that may apply.
- Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days unless the item is backordered. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order indicating estimated delivery time if backordered.
- Inquires
regarding your shipment status may be directed to info@silkytone.com.
- If you are unsatisfied with your SilkyTone for any reason,
you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping charges). However, you must obtain a Return Authorization by phone or e-mail. (Contact the retailer for details)
- No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number.
- If
your purchase is damaged during shipment, please notify the carrier (UPS) or contact
us at info@silkytone.com
within 48 hours and we will make arrangements for replacement or refund.
- Each SilkyTone is warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for
a period of one year from date of purchase. In the event service is required, contact the store or dealer where purchased.
- The warranty does not apply to batteries, or to any product which has been tampered with
or altered, which has been improperly used or which has been subject to misuse, neglect, or accident.
- Additional details of the terms of the Limited Warranty are printed in the operating manual - call or write for a free copy.
- Use only as directed. SilkyTone is not a medical device and is not intended to treat or diagnose any disease or medical condition.
- This product is not meant to substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment of any skin condition.
- Not for use on patients with a cardiac demand pacemaker, electrically sensitive support systems, or implants of any kind, or during pregnancy.
- Avoid use if you have any skin disease, cuts, recent scar tissue, or swelling in the area to be treated, or if you have a tissue disorder or other acute medical condition. If in doubt, consult your doctor before using.
- Use no more than 1-2 times per week, with each treatment limited to 10 minutes or less. Do use in conjunction with any topical medications or if you are undergoing any other facial or skin treatments.
